I thought the urban legend of the human flesh pork buns were still an urban legend...this is gettin pretty close to it!

LOL!! yeah that was so disturbing when i heard about it! i have to admit they're pretty creative when it comes to fake stuff... making soy sauce out of hair, recycling used toilet paper, etc etc.
