Yes, I am talking about those that are stuck at work in between the Christmas holiday and New Years holiday. I just got back to work today and realized that I am one of the few poor little souls that have to be back for 3 days and look foward to the New Year's long weekend.
So I sit at my desk and reminisce about the good food and alchihol over the past 5 days I had.
Now I also start thinking, my New Year's resolution (like 1 million others out there) is to go on a diet and loose weight. According to my calculations, I have about 4 more days until I need to diet my butt off...therefore I am gonna stuff myself with all the yummy food as I can prior to then!
That is why I am currently having "Pirate's Booty with Aged White Cheddar" puffs as my snack :D
