Oops! She did it again.Britney Spears’ parenting skills are once again being scrutinized after she nearly dropped her son Sean Preston on a concrete sidewalk. The pregnant pop star was leaving the Ritz Carlton hotel in New York City on Thursday holding a drink in her right hand and her eight-month-old child in her left arm.As she made her way to a waiting vehicle, Spears stumbled and almost dropped baby Sean, whose head fell back, sending his tiny cap to the ground.Spears was later seen in a restaurant breaking down in tears.Earlier this year, Spears’ first child with husband Kevin Federline was treated in hospital for a skull fracture after he fell out of a highchair. More recently, Spears was criticized for driving in her convertible with Sean strapped into a baby seat facing forward.
